Our Process

We engage hiring managers along with human resources as the stakeholders in a consultation session prior to each search.  We conduct a thorough consultation and intake meeting to ensure a clear understanding of the organization, structure, each role, hiring authority expectations, process, and cultural fit.

When appropriate we engage an SME close to the day-to-day aspects of the position.  It is very important for our success together to work seamlessly with all key stakeholders.

We are a full-service executive search firm that executes searches using 3 powerful types of technology and an extensive network developed over 30 years in recruiting. We manage communication throughout the process ensuring a coordinated and time-driven process. We develop a targeted pipeline, conduct 2 interviews prior to providing a written candidate presentation, arrange meetings, pre-close candidates, and negotiate salaries to contain costs.
